Dewar Sloan Attends Rally 2009

Dewar Sloan co-presented a workshop session at Rally 2009: The National Land Conservation Conference this October in Portland, Oregon.  We worked with select members of the management team from the Grand Traverse Regional Land Conservancy to deliver workshop materials focused on strategic leadership for boards and management in order to share our knowledge with others in the land conservation community.

Michigan Manufacturers Association, CEO Forum

Daniel Wolf presented a keynote address at the Michigan Manufacturers Association CEO Forum on May 12, 2009 in East Lansing Michigan.  The address focused on using the contemporary strategic agenda to get the most from growth, performance and change expectations. Vanderbilt University Medical Center Presentation in Nashville

Daniel Wolf presented a keynote address at the Vanderbilt Medical Center's annual Leadership Assembly in December 2008.  The presentation focused on strategic leadership in the ever-changing health care industry and how to effectively match reality with opportunity through full engagement of resources, ideas and strategy.  The critical fact exists that the political economics of American health care are shifting.  This shift illustrates the need for new productivity solutions in the industry - solutions that are dependent upon strategic leadership and true collaboration.


PDMA Presentation in Denver
In a presentation to product development and management professionals [PDMA] in Denver, Daniel Wolf advanced a series of ideas on corporate entreship and organic growth strategy. Wolf suggests that more companies are moving into a disciplined "Entreship 3.0" model that goes well beyond the conventional efforts of growth strategy to build better growth opportunity streams and business sustainability.


SHRM Presentation in Milwaukee
In a presentation to executives and senior managers in Milwaukee, Daniel Wolf discussed a framework for engaging employees across networks and organizations in more effective collaborative strategies.
  Wolf contrasted "old school" and "new school" strategy and their impact on evolving business models. He challenged executives to address the match of strategy cultures, resources and structure.
